
Any advice / tips for fresh meat?
I'm a distance runner and hockey player. Last year I had serious problems with my ankle. I went to get checked out and the doctor has diagnosed with chronic tendinosis of this means that I have to take drastic action and sport because my system to keep the tendons and break wear, if they compete in sports impact. I'm very sad to say, but I have to give my two favorite sports and trade in something under swimming impact is. I am a good swimmer, I'm new consumers, but I will complete my lifeguard training or join a swim team. I have very bad knees, I'm not allowed to run or anything but I was swimming for 5 years, I just want to start there to ensure easy that it does not hurt, but getting a touch of defiance in a team and continue in the sport may improve and make their sport more, and no muscle loss.
