
What is more important to hockey players?
I am 15 and getting ready for the regular season … I'm going to camp twice a week (1 hour off ice training and 1 hour of skating with cycling) and I wondered what I would do at home? Should I do a little cardio and a lot shooting and stick handling or should I lift weights and do not concentrate on my shooting stick and manage both?
Squats and other forms of basic exercises.
