Off-ice conditioning for hockey goalies?
I am a hockey goalie looking for tips to get fit for next season … I'm doing summer hockey and a few fields, but thats about it. I'm still in school, so I have all that summer, but do not really have a gym to go. something that could help goalie exactly?
Juggling is always a good hand-eye coordination. Running (unfortunately) is also good for maintaining resistance during the offseason. Try to find a drop-in hockey during the summer because the porters are often free. This may sound strange, but placed in the blocker and bounce a tennis ball against the wall with you and see how often Blocker can keep building hand-eye coordination.
