
Training program for ice hockey / fitness training?
Im not sure how to begin .. IVE joined a gym and fitness need for ice hockey. The key factors are: – Resistance (upper and lower) – Flexibility – Speed – core strength – the power, but basically all what I need a plan where I'm not too tired. Personal Trainers welcome to respond and nobody else. also .. of a nutrition plan. Im 16 and weighs about 9 stone and a half. and only 3.5 hours a week of ice hockey. (over 2 hours of boxing)
and in hockey it takes a lot of coordination of the figure 2 as an exit only to evidence UR 2 Coordination Meeting honestly if ur in a gym just to see people around you
