How do you get an NHL team in your city?
I think Portland, or should have a hockey team in the NHL. The first hockey team in the United States in Portland (Portland Rose) (not a name if intimidating). It was the U.S. team first to play hockey Stanley Cup (which they lost to the legendary Canadiens de Montreal). The team then left to become the Chicago Blackhawks today. The city has one of the richest histories in the United States hockey and I think deserve a team back. They have a team of more junior hockey is one of the most famous teams in the United States junior Falcons winter production of Portland major players in the NHL each year. What should be done to get the NHL to send a team to Portland? I mean, why not have a hockey team business within the city that brought professional hockey to the United States?
Its all about how much money a city can make to its owner. Although Portland is a logical place for a hockey team in places like Las Vegas or San Diego, you would most likely see a team that first because they have constant amount of tourists and residents of these cities to go to games, buy goods and end of the day to more money in the pockets of the owner.
