
Icing out of the exercises?
Hello I play hockey and I'm not the best for making sharp turns or cutting corners. I would also like improve skating backwards. Are there any drills or exercises must I do on the ice in my home buying expensive equipment? basically what I can do anywhere of my free time, like running? if the questions leave them in their message and make sure you add the information you need. thanks.
